Terms of Use

The service

Mendlee helps families set medication reminders, spoken prompts, photo confirmations, and caregiver alerts. It is a consumer software tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, or emergency number. You are responsible for the schedules, contacts, and photos you enter, and for confirming that a dose was actually taken.

Accounts

Caregivers sign in with email. You must use an address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for pairing codes you share. You may delete your account at any time — see Privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Mendlee, attempt to access another family’s data, abuse the service, or use it to send unlawful content. We may suspend or disable an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other families.

Plans and billing

Mendlee offers Free, Care, and Care Plus, plus optional extra senior seats on paid plans. Website checkout is processed by Razorpay. Purchases in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. Taxes may apply.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. New caregivers may receive a time-limited Care trial; when it ends, Free limits apply unless you subscribe.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

If you subscribe in the Mendlee iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Apple Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Those stores’ terms also apply to in-app purchases.

Refunds and cancellation

Mendlee does not offer refunds on Care, Care Plus, extra senior seats, or any other paid charge made on this website through Razorpay. Payments are for digital access. Once a charge succeeds, it is final.

You may cancel a website subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current period.

Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. You cancel those in the store settings. Any refund for a store purchase is decided by Apple or Google under their policies, not by CS Digital.

The free trial, if offered, does not charge you unless you subscribe. Unused time on a plan is not paid out in cash.

Shipping and delivery

Mendlee is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods, medicines, devices, or printed materials. There are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines.

After a successful payment, plan features are enabled on your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the charge. You access Mendlee by signing in on the website or opening the iOS or Android app.

Availability

We aim to keep reminders and the dashboard available, but software, phones, and networks fail. Alarms depend on the senior device’s permissions and battery settings. We are not liable for a missed dose, a failed alarm, or a delayed notification.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CS Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for medical outcomes. Our total liability for a claim about Mendlee is limited to the amount you paid us for Mendlee in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material billing changes will be shown in the app or emailed when we can.
