Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

CS Digital operates Mendlee. Contact hello@mendlee.app for privacy questions or to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Information we collect

• Account. Caregiver email and name. Sign-in uses a one-time email code. We do not store a password.
• Family data you enter. Senior profiles, language, timezone, medications, schedules, emergency contacts, pairing codes, and confirmation photos.
• Device. Push tokens, app role (caregiver or senior), and basic device timezone so alarms and missed-dose checks stay aligned.
• Billing. Plan, trial dates, and payment references from Razorpay, Apple, or Google. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support. Tickets and messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this information to run reminders and alarms, show caregivers whether a dose was taken or missed, pair a senior phone, process subscriptions, send the alerts you opted into, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us run Mendlee:

• Supabase — database, auth, file storage, and backend functions
• Expo — push notifications
• Resend — sign-in codes and Care Plus daily summary emails
• Razorpay — website checkout in India and internationally
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat — in-app subscriptions
• Sarvam — optional premium spoken pill names, when you turn that on

Invited family members can see the seniors you share with them. We may disclose information if required by law.

Photos and voice

Pill photos, confirmation photos, and optional premium voice clips are stored in private buckets and shown through short-lived signed links. They are not public URLs.

Retention

We keep account and medication data while your account is open. After a downgrade, some extras sit on a short hold and are then deleted if you do not upgrade again. If you delete your account, we remove seniors you own, their medications, photos we stored for them, and your caregiver record, except records we must keep for billing, fraud, or law.

Delete your account

You can delete your Mendlee account at any time:

• In the iOS or Android app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
• On the website: sign in → Settings → Delete my account.
• By email: write to hello@mendlee.app from the same address you use to sign in. We will delete the account after we confirm it is yours.

Deletion is permanent. Seniors you own and their history are removed. Seniors owned by someone else, that you were only invited to, stay with that owner.

Children

Mendlee is built for adult caregivers and the older adults they support. We do not knowingly create caregiver accounts for children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete that account.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@mendlee.app or using the in-app delete control. See also our Terms and Contact pages.
